How to Retrieve Your Ondata Health Password

If you forget your Ondata Health account password, you can retrieve it by following the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the Ondata Health Login Page: Go to the official Ondata Health login page (https://www.ontadahealth.com/login).

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”: On the login page, click the “Forgot password?” link, usually located below the password field. Or copy https://www.ontadahealth.com/user/forgotpassword into your browser.

Step 3: Enter Your Email: You will be prompted to enter your Ondata Health email address.

Step 4: Verify Identity: After entering your username, you must verify your identity. This may involve answering security questions, providing your date of birth, and confirming other personal information.

Step 5: Receive Verification Code: Ondata Health will send a verification code to your registered email address or mobile phone number. Check your email or text messages for this code.

Step 6: Enter Verification Code: Enter the received verification code into the provided field on the MyChart page.

Once your identity is verified, you will be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong password that meets Ondata Healtht’s security requirements, typically involving a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Step 7: Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it. Ensure both entries match and click the “Submit” or “Save” button to finalize the password reset process.

If the password reset email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your junk and spam folders for invitations. If the invitation is not in your junk or spam folders, contact Ondata health support at 1-855-887-6788 Toll-free.

Your password must contain at least eight characters, 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character, and a number. It may contain special characters. Your password may not contain your first name, last name, username, or medical record number.

Ontada Health Patient Portal Login

The Ontada Health Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for every patient. Once a clinic staff member sets you up, you will receive an enrollment invitation by email, usually within 24 hours. Once you activate your account, you will be able to sign in to Ontada Health via your computer, phone, or tablet.
