Ontada Health Features
Ontada Health features a new front page in the patient portal and has much more functionality than a patient portal alone. With your Ontada Health online account, you can request appointments with your provider online, view your health record, including your medications, lab results, and medical history.
My Account Ontada Health
My Account is one of the Ontada Health Features, to access your account settings, click MY ACCOUNT in the top right. My Account is where you: view your Personal Information, change your Account Settings, manage your Caregivers, and set your Email Notifications.
To update your Email Address or Password, click Account Settings. Changing your Email Address on Ontada Health does not update your Email Address on file at your physician’s office. Contact them to make that change.
Add a Caregiver
At My Account > Caregivers, invite your caregivers to access your health records, appointments, and messages. You set their permission so that they see only what you want them to. To invite a caregiver, click ADD CAREGIVER and follow the prompts.
Access Personal Health Information
Since the Ontada Health patient portal is a secure online website that allows patients to access their personal health information from any location with an Internet connection and receive immediate access to that information, patients can log in to Ontada Health patient portal to access their health information using an email address and password.
Don’t have a Ontada Health account? When you receive the email, click “Set Up Account“ To keep health information secure, Ontada Health uses Okta to log you in. Click “Set up, next to password. After clicking Set up account in the email invite and setting up your password, enroll pages appears
How do I reset my password? To reset your password, go to the Ontada Health Patient Portal logon page, and click Forgot password. On the Forgot password page, type your verified account email address in Email, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.
Schedule Appointment Online
See available spots in your Ontada Health provider’s schedule and select a day/time convenient for your next visit. This option can also be used to schedule a sick visit with Ontada Health Urgent Care, virtual visits with specialty providers, and routine yearly exams with your Ontada Health Primary Care provider.
View Imaging, Lab, and Test Results
Get lab and other test results updated as they are released in real-time. Track your results over time.
Check-In For Your Appointment
Save time, and check-in for your appointment at home. Update demographics, sign forms, pay your co-pay, and more before you arrive for your appointment.
Communicate With Your Providers
Send a secure message to your care team about non-urgent medical questions and/or needs – much more convenient than a phone call.
Request Prescription Refills
Send an electronic prescription refill request to your provider for medication needs. This is the most convenient and safest way to refill your medications.
Review Provider And Nurse Notes
View detailed notes about your hospital visit and instructions as you return to home following an in-patient stay.
Pay Your Ontada Health Bills Online
Receive electronic billing statements in your Ontada Health account. Paperless billing = less mail. Plus, sign up for and manage payment plans.
Act As A Proxy For A Family Member Or Loved One
Get access to electronic health records of a family member or loved one. Help manage the care of a child or an adult loved one. View information for admitted patients, schedule appointments, review test results, and more.
Access medical records
View your health summary, notes from previous appointments, imaging images, all scanned documents, and other records from past appointments. Need more complete information? Request and receive your complete medical record in Ontada Health.
