The Ontada Health Login portal is an online tool that will help you manage your own healthcare experience and be a partner in your healthcare journey. This service is for non-urgent requests. If there is a medical emergency or you need immediate medical assistance, please dial 9-1-1.
The Ontada Health Login portal allows you to directly view, edit, or delete your personal information through your profile settings. If this option is not available, you can update your information by contacting your provider.
How Your Information is Protected
Ontada values the trust that healthcare providers and patients place in us to use and protect personal information.
We protect the information we collect with proper physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards. We only allow our employees, contractors, and agents to access personal information if they need access to perform services on our behalf. They are also subject to confidentiality obligations.
Any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security number) is transmitted in an encrypted form using SSL encryption. Even though we have security safeguards, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security.
If you have any questions about security or believe that your interactions with us are no longer secure (for example, you feel that your account with us has been compromised), you must notify us immediately by email at Privacy@McKesson.com
Ontada Health Login
The Ontada Health Login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for every patient. Once a clinic staff member sets you up, you will receive an enrollment invitation by email, usually within 24 hours. Once you activate your account, you will be able to sign in to Ontada Health via your computer, phone, or tablet.
- To sign in to the Ondata health portal please copy https://ontadahealth.com/login into your browser
- Enter your email address and password. If you use a computer that only uses access and want to stay signed in to Ondata Health, check the Keep me signed in box.
- If you sign in using a public computer, make sure to sign out before you leave the computer.
- To protect your health information, your account automatically signs out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Forgot Password?
However, if you forgot your password, click forgot password below the verify button and enter your email address to receive an email to reset your password. If the password reset email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your junk and spam folders for invitations. If the invitation is not in your junk or spam folders, contact Ondata health support at 1-855-887-6788 Toll-free.
Your password must contain at least eight characters, 1 uppercase character, 1 lowercase character and a number. It may contain special characters. Your password may not contain your first name, last name, username, or medical record number.
